Our services include inter alia representation of our clients during the application procedure and administrative appeals. With our strong international background we have a capacity to resolve cross-border matters, such as those related to the right of free movement under EU Directive 2004/38/EC. 

We operate also in Spain as De Facto Legal Solutions SL providing tailor-made solutions for individuals who wish to move to Spain under Golden visa regime, either by property investment or business investment. We have a capacity to provide legal support in matters related to the applications for residence permit as well as establishment of business in Andorra.

Having specialised in International law, specifically International Energy Law, I was lucky to become a member of the COWIs team of legal advisors in Denmark in 2007. My day-to-day tasks involved providing legal advice on matters related to environmental law, administrative law, energy regulation, immigration issues, commercial law and contracts, both to public and private clients. I have participated as a legal expert for Sweden in the implementation of a large number of studies for the European Commission.

From 2011, I practice law in Sweden mostly as a specialist within Immigration and EU law. De Facto Juristbyrå AB is a certified law firm by SJB (Swedish Association of Legal Firms). From 2015, I am also managing De Facto Legal Solutions SL in Costa Blanca, Spain. We provide a full package of legal services with regard to Investor´s visa in Spain as well as matters related to property and business investment.
