AML-Atlantis Management Ltd was founded with a passionate and determined spirit to drive one mission, to offer an exceptional quality service while providing the right solutions for our customers in the maritime industry. Established in 2002, AML is situated in Ta’ Xbiex, Malta, just opposite the yacht marina.

With over 30 years’ experience, our team at AML can assist with various maritime advisory services through our combined knowledge in ship management, maritime technical roles, crew management and seafaring, finance and audit. We deliver tailor-made solutions for all our clients’ needs and everything we do is provided directly through our own 24hr advisors who have a strong knowledge of the vessels.
We pride ourselves in the high level of service which we have been offering our clients through our MLC 2006, Seafarer Recruitment Placement Services Certification obtained through Lloyd’s Register and our Company Service Provider licence issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Our services cover a multiple of disciplines. We offer solutions from securing the right crew to vessels, importation of yachts and managing yacht leasing structures, registering all types of vessels under the Malta flag, husbandry agency services, corporate services and accounting.
Malta Flag Registration
The Malta Flag needs no introduction as it is the flag of choice by many owners. The passionate team of experts in AML’s registration department, some of whom have a seafaring background, give owners a value-added and personalised service through their deep technical knowledge of the industry.
AML handles the registration of all types of vessels including mortgage registration for all types of private or commercial yachts and merchant vessels. We also support owners with all Malta Flag endorsement applications.
Corporate Services
Certified as a Corporate Services Provider and licensed under MFSA, AML offers full corporate services from company formation including a registered address, company secretary services, assistance with audits and the liquidation of companies.
Book-keeping and Accounting
Through our team of qualified accountants and auditors we offer bookkeeping and accounting services including budget preparation, management accounts, cash flow management, payroll, tax and vat compliance and assistance with financial audits.
Yachting
AML provides solutions to yacht owners who have acquired or are in the process of acquiring a yacht including importation procedures, leasing structures and Malta Flag yacht registration.
AML also offers crew services for yachts including the issuance of MLC crew contracts, crew payroll, enrolment of crew under Malta’s social security system and crew certification.
Crew Management
AML supplies qualified and experienced crew as per STCW regulations. With our partners in Europe and Asia, we provide tailor-made and reliable crew management services for merchant vessels.
