Stylianos Trillides

Stylianos is a Senior Associate with the Corporate Finance department of the firm and the General Manager of Pagecorp Group, the corporate services provider which is associated with the law firm through common ownership. Stylianos has wide-ranging expertise in corporate law, commercial law and banking and finance through his experience frequently advising both local and international high-profile clients. He focuses on advising corporate entities and financial institutions on cross-border finance transactions and corporate restructurings and also has an interest in international arbitration where he has assisted international banks enforcing international judgements in Cyprus. He also often advises corporate entities on data and privacy laws and is currently acting as the firm’s Data Protection Officer. Further to the above, Stylianos is a university lecturer on matters relating to banking and finance law, has authored various articles in notable international guides and publications and regularly attends conferences in Cyprus and abroad. As a HRDA accredited instructor, he has organised and delivered training courses for members of the Cyprus Bar Association.
