Mr Kenaroğlu is a partner in Kenaroğlu Legal. He has more than 20 year experience in law. He started his career in a boutique law office based in Istanbul, and completed his legal internship in the same office. He transferred to one of the leading mobile telecommunication firm, TurkTelekom (previously “AVEA”), and worked for approximately five years as an in-house legal counsel and legal manager. On 2009, he started to work for a holding company, Calik Holding, for approximately five years as an in-house counsel and legal advisor for Holding company and its subsidiaries in Turkiye and abroad. Since 2014, he has been providing legal services to his clients under the name Kenaroğlu | Legal. He has been advising clients from a wide range of industries including but not limited to cosmetics, pharmaceutical, construction, aviation, textile, logistics, software, mobile applications, mobile games, and steel processing etc. He represents and provides legal services for local & foreign natural persons and companies operating in a wide range of sectors such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, construction, aviation, textile, logistics, software, mobile applications, mobile games and steel processing.
His fields of expertise include commercial and corporate law, unfair competition law, contracts law, intellectual property law, corporate affairs, contract drafting, M&A and data protection law. Due to his special interest in Turkish Commercial Law, Mr. Kenaroğlu was invited to teach “Turkish Commercial Law” at “Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Business Administration” and continues to do so.
Mr Kenaroğlu has advised on the corporate modelling of numerous national and multinational establishments, realized their incorporations, and consulted clients on their day-to-day corporate matters, worked on several data protection compliance projects.
He is a certified trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Association since 2005.
