We are a specialized dispute resolution firm with a multidimensional approach in providing service that covers foreseeing possible issues and managing pre-emption, prevention, mitigation, and resolution of legal issues.
Anggraeni and Partners (AP) take the worldview that dispute management encompasses a series of prudent actions beyond resolution. This means laying down a strong groundwork for any transaction and staying up to date with regulatory developments to safeguard and manage the risk of legal disputes. In the event of an unfortunate legal dispute, we do not shy away from representing your interest to the full extent of the law through professional, accurate, timely and common sense advise that combines our Indonesian heritage and international attitude, outlook, and efficiency.
Combining prevention and resolution, our dispute management solutions cover every stage of your transaction for optimal protection.
Our dispute management approach is a combination of pre-emptive actions and dispute resolution. This means taking the necessary corporate actions to protect your business, partners, and stakeholders in addition to effective mediation, litigation, and arbitration. These are the aspects that make up the AP experience in addition to our strong understanding of the legal infrastructure through continuous research and development
