Sanjay has over two decades of substantial experience in risk consulting and insurance broking. He has been instrumental in setting up the Liability insurance, Affinity and PEMAT practice at the Prudent. He has successfully led the Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits client servicing team with focus on client retention, supervision and driving the CRM team.
Currently leading the PEMAT Practice, Sanjay has spearheaded several transactions across the sectors thereby, serving as a client service partner for various private equity and corporate accounts. Sanjay has been actively engaged in the orchestration of diverse inbound and outbound transaction advisory engagements, partnering with corporate and private equity clients on both the buy & sell-side across the transaction lifecycle.

Joined Prudent in 2009 as a part of Business Development team and gradually moved to client servicing role. Continued to assist Team Prudent with its tech-marketing initiatives with emphasis on Liability and Trade Credit Insurance. Further diversified to an all-encompassing role of Private Equity, Merger & Acquisition Transaction Insurance Practice.
Prior to joining Prudent, Sanjay worked as a freelance insurance consultant, primarily partnering with mid to large Indian and multinational clients on Liability & Trade Credit exposure mapping and associated risk transfer solutions. He has structured and placed liability insurance programs for clients like SAB Miller, Nucleus Software, Daksh, and Hero Management Services to name a few.
Sanjay holds Certificate of Proficiency in International Factoring from FCI, Amsterdam and Masters in Business Administration.
