ASM Sakib Sikder is a seasoned commercial & corporate counsel having more than 14 years of legal experience. Mr. Sakib started his carrier with the prestigious Amir & Amir Law Associates, where he acted as counsel for governmental organizations, donor organizations and multinational corporations. He has advised a number of large MNCs for their business set up; merger; acquisitions & corporate financing issues in Bangladesh. Mr. Sakib also has experience in the acquisition of regulatory licenses. Mr. Sakib is an expert in Investment Laws, Commercial Laws, Telecommunication Laws and Commercial Litigations. Mr. Sakib also has vast experiences dealing with Customs and VAT Disputes in Bangladesh. Mr. Sakib is presently working as Managing Partner of Jural Acuity, a Firm specialized in Foreign Investment, Commercial Law and Company Law. Mr. Sakib is a Barrister of the Lincolns Inn and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Mr. Sakib is also an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of International Bar Association and Member of the International Bar Association.
