Richard R. Provost is a partner in the Montréal office of Langlois lawyers. His practice is specialized in litigation in the areas of construction and insurance law as well as in professional and product liability. He has acted for clients at all trial and appellate levels as well as in arbitrations.
He has often been called upon to act as senior counsel in several important cases in his field of expertise and built a solid reputation, whether acting for plaintiff or as defence counsel, in complex matters. He brings a practical approach to all of his files and prefers mediation once the issues at stake are well defined.

– Numerous representations for excess insurers in major litigations;
