Our path began in 2004, where we understood that the Portuguese market was underserved in terms of high-quality independent investment advisory firms and we quickly built a portfolio of national and international clients. We developed our activities since then under Bluemint Capital.

In November 2022, part of the M&A operations and the Management Service Agreements of Bluemint Capital were spun off into Beresford Capital Advisors

Ricardo Lourenço is CEO of Blue Sites Telco, partner at Beresford Capital Advisors and formerly Associate Partner at Bluemint Capital.

Prior to his role at Blue Sites Telco, Ricardo was a partner at Wave Securities LLP, a London-based brokerage and advisory firm specializing in illiquid assets. Prior to that, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Director of Investments at Patris Gestão de Activos, one of the largest independent asset managers in Portugal.
