Rachel Finch

What is your background and role in IR?

I re-joined the IR team in March 2017 as the Channel Sales Manager of IR Global. I am here to oversee the success of IR‘s additional products and services which are aimed at adding further value to our memberships, developing your brand in and outside of the network. 

What have been your highlights since joining IR? 

I’m very excited to get stuck back into IR life. I love networking and meeting new people and IR is a great place to do exactly this. I’ve always enjoyed attending the IR Events and having the opportunity to get to know our members in a professional and social capacity. 

And what are your passions outside of the office?

I’m passionate about travel, visiting new countries and seeing the world through my own eyes and not just a screen, in recent years I have travelled South America, New Zealand, Australia, Asia and Europe. I think it helps you grow as a person and appreciate what you have. 

Finally tell us something unique about yourself?

I’m terrified of flying. Which is slightly annoying seeing as I love to travel the world…!
