Studio Internazionale is a professional partnership among lawyers, tax lawyers and chartered accountants specialized in providing high standard legal, tax and corporate advisory services to Italian and foreign enterprises with the aim to merge into a single firm all the consultancy needs of the client.

Education and professional background: Piergiorgio Zettera has obtained his J.D. at University “La Sapienza” of Rome and was then admitted to the Bar of Rome. He was awarded with a LL.M. degree at Loyola Law School Los Angeles and gained a significant professional experience in first tier national and international law firms.

He acts as teaching assistant at Commercial and International Commercial Law courses of the Business School of “La Sapienza” University. He also teaches at “La Sapienza” University in the Master Degree course on “International Business Law”.

Piergiorgio Zettera advises national and international companies in their corporate day-by-day activities, M&A deals and in negotiating and drafting contracts in the above mentioned practice areas both at national and international level.
