Pawel has several years of experience in business consulting, finance, management of commercial and non-governmental organizations. Prior to establishing Gekko advisoryNOW, he had been working at KPMG & PwC. His areas of expertise cover designing business and operating models, management accounting, reporting, robotics/automation and optimization of processes.
He is an experienced advisor, manager and leader seasoned by many projects implemented for Polish and global companies. He successfully managed complex strategic, optimization and restructuring projects. He designed location studies, TOMs, management accounting systems, cost allocation and shared service recharge models, business cases and financial models, innovation management systems.
Pawel is an author of publications on controlling and finance management. He also worked as trainer, workshops moderator and designer of business games & simulations.
He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (MA in strategic management). In 2008 he became a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
