She is responsible for the development of the environmental and real estate law department. She advises companies operating in industries that have an impact on the environment, which in practice applies to most organizations.
She has conducted numerous analyses of the legal status of real estate with particular emphasis on environmental issues and their impact on planned investments. In this regard, she has advised both buyers and intermediary companies and companies performing environmental analyses.
She was involved in projects concerning the implementation of both industrial, residential and hotel investments, construction processes, both at the conceptual and implementation stages.
She has represented both investors and contractors in court proceedings.
Author of publications and trainer in the field of public procurement, real estate and environmental law. Lecturer at postgraduate studies in Chemical Safety Management conducted by the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław.
Before joining Olesiński & Wspólnicy, she spent several years gaining experience in Polish and international law firms.
Attorney, graduate of Law at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in environmental law at the University of Wrocław.
A graduate of the Centre for English and European Law, she also advises in English.
She spends her free time outdoors, including running with her dog.
