Matthias advises and represents international and domestic corporations as well as Private Offices of diverse industries, including the fields of trade, services, technology, finance, media, entertainment and sport.

He has a track record of restructuring matters including complex corporate and employment law aspects and is happy to assist with the formation of corporations/companies as well as the sale and purchase of businesses (M&A).

Being a fully licensed attorney-at-law with admission to the German bar he also holds a Masters of Law Degree (LL.M.) in Global Business Law from La Trobe University (Melbourne) that he was awarded with a Dean’s commendation in 2010.
