I am senior partner and head of the Corporate, Commercial and Private Client department of the firm. Although I have previous experience in the litigation department of the firm I currently deal extensively with international structuring, tax, trust and estate issues. I advise corporate clients (be it multi-national corporations or family-run businesses) as well as individuals on their Cyprus structuring requirements and how to use the jurisdiction for tax mitigation, asset protection and investment immigration.
I have extensive experience and can offer legal advice, consultation and support in acquiring Permanent Residency Permits and Citizenship of Cyprus and also other EU countries’.
I am also a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
