The story of ABCF Studio Commercialisti Associati starts in Milan, in the 40’s, when it was founded by Mr Lorenzo Finollo, a young chartered accountant. Over time, the Firm has continued to grow and today has more than 30 professional staff, headed by four partners: Franco Finollo, who has continued the family tradition, together with Marco Campiotti, Aldo Bellet and Marco Antonini.

We have put together a selected group of experts in the field, who are well-known both at the Italian and international level: chartered accountants, auditors, accountants, managers and business consultants. Real teamwork by specialistswith multidisciplinary expertise.

I am a tax and corporate consultant in Milan, Italy. I deal in particular with corporate issues, national and international taxation specializing in indirect taxes. I act as a tax representative in Italy for many international corporations.

In parallel to my work activities, I am also author of articles published in specialized magazines and take part in conventions on economic and legal matters as a speaker and I am part of the corporate law commission of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Professionals in Milan.

Together with my team at ABCF Studio, we specialize in sworn expert reports on the value of company assets both as court-appointed and party-appointed experts regarding:

• acquisitions of companies or company branches;
• mergers and demergers;
• valuation of the brand;
• valuation of tangible and intangible assets;
• expert reports pursuant to Article 76 (10), Presidential Decree no. 207, 5 October 2010 (Certifying Bodies).

In addition, many of our team members have extensive experience as expert witnesses appointed by the Court of Milan as a technical expert, and as a trusted administrator and liquidator (CTU). We also have a team specialized in carrying out due diligence on the accounting and tax issues arising during business acquisitions.
