As a General Partner Małgorzata is a spine of Blackgold Law Firm. From the very beginning of her career she deals with legal issues concerning crude oil and gas trade and transportation.

She graduated from the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration and obtained professional qualification as a Legal Counsel in Poland. Additionally she took part and obtained certificates in prestigious legal trainees:  Certificate in Laytime and Demurrage (Lloyd’s Maritime Academy, Great Britain) Price Risk Management (Cambridge, Great Britain), UK Oil and Gas Law (University of Dundee, Scotland), Economics of the Oil Supply Chain, Trading Oil on International Markets (Cambridge, Great Britain) and Center for American law Studies (Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University, Poland).

Małgorzata graduated with honors from a maritime law in the London Metropolitan University and received a master's degree in Maritime Law (LL.M.).

Małgorzata also passed an exam for candidates for members of supervisory boards of stated-owned companies.

Małgorzata is a member of an International Bar Association.
