Lorna Scott

What is your background and role in IR?

I am the Events Manager at IR Global and previously I was a Client Manager. My main role is building and maintaining relationships with the IR members, assisting with developing marketing plans and strategies for the members. I have also been involved in the organisation of IR events across the globe; including Florida, Dubai and our annual conferences in London.

What have been your highlights since joining IR?

It has been a great privilege to be part of the IR team from the beginning and watch as we have grown from strength to strength over the years consistently evolving and developing as a group. It has been an exciting journey and look forward to the future.

And what are your passions outside of the office?

I enjoy spending time and going on long walks with my boxer dog Roxy. Reading thriller novels and watching films.

Finally tell us something unique about yourself?

I got married in Rome, Italy. My husband and I have always loved Italy and so for each anniversary we will always return. 1st anniversary we visited the Almafi Coast and we are already booked to go to Milan next year!
