We founded FairValue back in 2005, as a family business. From the very beginning, we kept in mind an essential thing: the only valuation that really helps the client is the fair valuation.

This is what we believe in, that is how we have always worked, that is how we have built a professional team and that is how we have managed to conduct over 100,000 valuations in all fields so far.

FairValue is a trusted partner of the 17 largest banks in Romania. Our valuers are located all over the country, being able to evaluate assets of all types with high efficiency and at competitive costs.

Also, FairValue valuers have considerable experience in valuation for financial reporting and taxation, as well as the valuation of businesses and intangible assets.

Laurentiu Stan is the co-founder of FairValue, one of the largest valuation companies in Romania.

He has more than 19 years of practical experience in all fields of valuation, especially in business and intangible assets valuation.

Laurentiu hold a master degree in Financial Analysis and Valuation from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. He received the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst – CVA® and is a member of the European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (EACVA).

Laurentiu is also an accredited member and former Vice-President 2016-2017 of the National Association of Authorised Valuers (ANEVAR) in Romania, a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Recognised European Valuer – REV™ by Tegova.

Laurentiu’s areas of interest are business valuation, valuation of intangibles like trademarks, copyrights, patents and software, valuation of energy related assets, business plans and feasibility studies.
