Since we were founded in 1999, we have specialized exclusively in employment law. According to the renowned Juve Handbook of Commercial Law Firms, we are currently one of the leading law firms in Germany with a team of around 20 lawyers.

In addition to the typical issues such as the termination of employment relationships, we also advise on numerous highly specialized issues, such as corporate co-determination in supervisory boards, complex stock option plans in board of directors’ contracts or challenging issues in connection with company pension plans and the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements. We have extensive practical experience in the preparation and implementation of complex restructuring measures. We also specialize in the negotiation of interest reconciliations and social compensation plans, advising top executives, employment and collective bargaining law for the public sector as well as employment law for churches.
