Mr. Joshua Pex is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2009. His areas of practice are immigration to Israel law, administrative law and labor law.
He completed a Master of Laws (LL.M) at the Haifa University where he majored in law and minored in education. He was valedictorian of the education class and is a certified teacher of civics for high school students in Israel.
His legal studies concentrated on human and civil rights of minority groups in Israel, constitutional and administrative Law. During his studies he undertook a year as an exchange student at the Utrecht University in the Netherlands. There he focused on European and international Law. Mr. Pex has also studied at the Institute of U.S. Law, a program conducted in affiliation with the George Washington University Law School in Washington DC.
Mr. Pex completed a one year internship and worked at Yehudah Raveh & Co. Law office in Jerusalem between the years 2008-2012, during which he established the NOA (Not Objects Anymore) project combating human trafficking and forms of modern slavery in Israel.
In 2012 Adv. Joshua Pex founded the Israeli law firm Cohen, Pex, Brosh Law Offices in Petah Tikva as a partner together with advocates Jamie Cohen and Alex Brosh, who practice immigration to the USA, Real Estate and Israeli business law.
Mr. Joshua Pex lives with his wife and 4 children in the village of Har Amasah. He holds Israeli, American and Dutch citizenship and has lived in all three countries.
