Jose joined TPS in 2016 as a partner.
Prior to joining TPS, Jose was an integral part of the transfer pricing departments of KPMG US, KPMG Spain and PwC.
Jose Antonio practiced for 4 years in Boston, Massachusetts USA, allowing him to specialize in the American transfer pricing practices.

Experience

Throughout his fifteen years of experience, Jose Antonio has collaborated in the design, planning and documentation of transfer pricing policies for various multinational groups. He has also participated in the negotiation of several APAs (previous valuation agreements), as well as advising Spanish companies in tax audit proceedings related to the valuation of related-party transactions. 

Education

Master in Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School.

Master’s Degree in Taxation from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF).

Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alcalá.
