Jacqueline Moneta

Jacqueline Moneta was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2019. She holds a B.Com in Finance from McGill University and a Juris Doctor with first class distinction from Bond University.

Jacqueline joined the firm in the summer of 2018 as a summer student. In August 2018 she stayed on to complete her articles and was offered a position as an associate in June 2019. Throughout her time at the firm Jacqueline has worked with the real estate team, the corporate team and has carriage of several civil litigation files.

To date, Jacqueline has appeared before the Landlord and Tenant Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Superior Court and Small Claims Court.

Before joining the firm Jacqueline was involved in mooting, competing both nationally and internationally, as well as student government and volunteered her time at a Community Legal Aid Centre.

Effective January 1, 2022,  Jacqueline  has become a partner with the firm and responsible for Estates and Succession matters and is immersed in commercial financing transactions.

In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends and walking her dog
