Biography

Hanine ESSAHELI is the founder and managing partner of the LIBRA group.

Hanine has 15 years’ solid experience as a “réviseur d’entreprises agréé” [certified statutory auditor], a certified public accountant and a judicial expert approved by the courts in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

His preferred areas of expertise are the legal, financial and tax structuring of groups of companies, M&A operations and forensic auditing.

He has shared his career between local audit firms and BIG4, and has been able to combine the mutual benefits of both within the LIBRA group.

Hanine also has a strong academic background:
