Gerbrand Osinga is a creative and energetic mind, who seeks solutions in a pragmatic way. He focuses mainly on real estate, in particular lease law, purchase and sale, credit management and hospitality. He has over 30 years of experience and has been involved in many legal proceedings and consultancy programs in the Netherlands. He has acted as main counsel of real estate funds, housing corporations, construction companies, entrepreneurs and consumers etc. He participates in the board of directors of a Frisian company and was a supervisory director of a housing corporation.
Gerbrand is married and has three children. In his spare time he plays golf, runs and acts as a field hockey referee.
Experience
Gerbrand Osinga started his professional career at Heineken in 1991 as a corporate lawyer. Shortly afterwards he became a member of the Bar, first in the Netherlands Antilles, then in the Netherlands. His experience includes real estate in general and tenancy law, commercial rights and hospitality in particular. For a period of 12 years he was editorial secretary of a magazine for Commercial Tenancy Law (TvHB).
