Massimo is founder and Managing Partner of MFR Fontana Ros, with offices in Milan and Bolzano and correspondence offices in London, Dubai, New York. The law firm provides high legal advice and assistance and support in international business law on a taylor-made basis.
Massimo is an Italian citizen but his mother tongue is German and he gives efficiently legal advice and support to his clients in 4 languages (German, Italia, English and French). Massimo obtained also a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the L.U.I.S.S. University of Rome. He trained with law firms in Munich, Vienna, Milan, London, Dubai and Rome.
Massimo specialises in international commercial (agency, distribution, licence, international sales agreements) and business law and corporate law. Massimo also undertakes a significant amount of work in M&A, Real Estate, Labour Law, international commercial litigation and arbitration. His clients range from multi-national corporations to family-run businesses. Massimo has been also appointed as an arbitrator by the ICC of Paris and is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce in Rome and Italian Representative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai and consultant and lawyer of the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano.
Massimo is a member of international organizations such as AIJA, UIA, IFM and “Deutsch-Italienische Juristenvereinigung” and is an extraordinary member of DAV (“Deutscher Anwaltverein”). He also works with the commercial office of the Austrian and German Consulate in Milan and the Arbitration Chamber of Bolzano.
Massimo has addressed several conferences in Italy (i.e. Chambers of Commerce in Bolzano, Milan, Trento, Frankfurt) on business, international commercial and corporate law. He is also the author of several papers published in a local Bolzano business magazine.
