C.K.S.S

We are a specialist law firm which, since its founding, has focused on tax law and the associated legal areas such as corporate law, business law and inheritance law. Our clients include medium-sized and large companies, but also private individuals, public and non-profit corporations, foundations and professional associations throughout Germany, which we serve from our offices in Cologne and Munich.

As generalists, we can draw on a broad technical overview of all relevant aspects – as specialists with proven extensive technical know-how, we provide personal advice and support at the highest level.

Our consultants have extensive knowledge of all areas of tax law, but at the same time they are – each in their own right – specialists in one or more areas of tax law. In addition to the taxation of partnerships, non-profit law, company succession, sales tax and customs law, all areas of criminal tax law and the respective individual tax laws are covered at the highest technical level. But the most important characteristic of our consultants is their passion for what they do.
