Corey Evans is the founder and key broker producer of Independent Insurance Managers Inc. (IIM). Prior to starting the boutique brokerage, he acquired a variety of skillsets including commercial & personal insurance broking, small to large enterprise underwriting, and risk management. In 2017 after spending several years on the carrier side, he joined one of Canada largest independently owned brokerages where he grew his portfolio of clients and managed SME insurance programs for some of the most recognized manufacturers and wholesalers across Canada. In 2020 Corey purchased his portfolio and started Independent Insurance Managers Inc. a boutique commercial insurance brokerage.
