Carly has been part of the JCL team since 2008 and has extensive experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, insolvency and property law. After having moved interstate for 12 months and practising in a larger firm, Carly has recently returned to JCL as she enjoys the friendly and personalised service that JCL provides to its clients.
Carly has gained valuable knowledge and experience having acted for a wide range of clients in small to large complex litigious matters in all jurisdictions in Australia. In addition to litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, Carly also provides advice on a broad range of general commercial and property law matters.
