Carlos has accumulated over 13 years of professional experience and gained extensive expertise in data protection and privacy, IT procurement, intellectual property and advertising law, among other areas.
After beginning his career at Uría y Menéndez in 2010, Carlos worked for nearly 5 years as an associate lawyer in the IP/IT Department of Fieldfisher’s Barcelona office.
In 2021, he was appointed partner at Intangibles Legal, a renowned legal boutique specializing in privacy and industrial and intellectual property areas.
In October 2023 he joined Croma Legal as partner.
Carlos advises both multinational companies and medium-sized enterprises operating in various sectors, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, gaming, and technology. Through Croma Legal, he currently provides services to different companies as an external data protection officer.
