Bruno Pichard advises on corporate law, commercial law and mergers & acquisitions. He is a former student of the Ecole Polytechnique and of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He holds a Masters degree in law (DESS) and is admitted to the Hauts-de-Seine bar. He has gained precious experience from his very rich and varied education.

In addition to his experience at the bar, he has been a lecturer at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and at Ecole Polytechnique. He has also been a member of the Bar Council.

Before joining the firm Pichard et Associés, he was a Commissioner within the insurance department of the Ministry of Finance.

He has published many articles in the legal and economic press.He wrote « Cessions et acquisitions d’entreprises commerciales » (« Business acquisitions and dispositions »), Cujas publications 2000 and « La transmission de l’entreprise familiale » (« The transfer of the family business ») LexisNexis publications 2012 second edition 2014.

He is a member of the AFA (French Arbitration Asssociation)
