Ardhiyasa is an experienced litigation lawyer in Indonesia for more than 15 years. He is also a licensed in Indonesia for Certified Suspension Debts Payment (SOP) Receiver & Bankruptcy Trustee, and also Intellectual Property Consultant.
He is an active law practitioner, appearing at various levels of the Courts in Indonesia representing local & multinational corporations in legal disputes and matters. He specializes in civil and commercial litigation especially in debts claim lawsuits, Suspension Debts Payment (SOP), Bankruptcy at the Indonesian Commercial Courts. He is also sought by corporations on employment related disputes and regulatory and compliance matters.
He has a growing practice in anti-counterfeit projects and enforcement actions in relation to IP Software Licenses in Indonesia. In 2015, he awarded a scholarship from the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) & The Japan Patent Office (JPO) to attend the JPO/IPR Training Course for IP Dispute Resolution Lawyers in Tokyo, Japan.
At the Organization level, Ardhiyasa is also one of caretaker of Indonesian Bar Association (AAI) South Jakarta Branch as Vice President and active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI) and also the caretaker of Indonesian Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (Asosiasi Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Indonesia – AKHKI) under division of Advocate & Consultancy. In addition, he is also the head division of IP & Advocate of Indonesian Creative Movement Jakarta (Gekrafs Jakarta). Ardhiyasa is also a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (“APAA”) and the Inter Pacific Bar Association (“IPBA”).
