A van Tuijn advocatuur is a law firm that offers advice and assistance focused on the wishes and needs of the individual client. The firm is located in the beautiful city ‘s-Hertogenbosch in The Netherlands. We offer legal advice and mediation in the civil law practice focused mainly on private client cases and have special expertise in (international) family and tenancy law.

We are committed to delivering high quality legal advice and service with an eye for the importance of maintaining a good relationship. We help our clients to map out their legal position and possibilities, in order to head in the right direction in the specific situation.

We are looking to form relationships with IR global members to provide the best possible service. Through being able to partner with trusted firms who will look after our clients on international matters and for us to look after theirs, we can complement each other and provide clients with optimal service.

Anneloes van Tuijn is the founder of A van Tuijn advocatuur, law firm. Prior to founding the firm, she acquired broad experience in the private wealth sector. She has been active as a lawyer and mediator since 2009 and specialized in civil litigation involving family law and tenancy law. Registered with the Dutch Bar Association for general practice and in particular family law and a qualified member of the vFAS (Dutch association for family lawyers and divorce mediators).

The majority of her time is spend, assisting clients in (international) divorce related cases. Every case is different and is addressed with personal attention and a tailored approach. Where possible, a solution is sought outside of court and, where necessary, litigation is initiated.
