Anna specializes in intellectual property law and the law on unfair competition. She advises Polish and foreign Clients in various IP cases, including these regarding protection of brands, technology transfer, protection of confidential business information and advertising. She has significant experience in conducting intellectual property and unfair competition litigation before the Polish Patent Office and administrative courts. She deals with cases regarding the protection of internet domains.

Anna has advised Polish and foreign entrepreneurs for over 20 years.
She works mainly with FMCG, automotive, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and advertising sectors. She leads clients through economic matters, including intellectual property issues (trademarks, designs, copyrights), combating unfair competition (product imitation, parasitism, protection of business secrets, the so-called "shelf fees", advertising) as well as ones regarding the protection of competition and consumers on the market. What is more, Anna has extensive experience in conducting court disputes in commercial cases, including intellectual property and unfair competition, in proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, and before administrative courts.

Clients have repeatedly appreciated her experience in international rankings: Chambers & Partners in the field of litigation and intellectual property law (last time in 2021), as well as by World Trademark Review 1000 and Who is Who Legal (in the area of trademarks).The Lewiatan Court of Arbitration entered her on the list of arbitrators. And last but not least, she is the author of publications on civil procedure and intellectual property law in Poland and abroad.
