Admitted to the Roman Bar in 2000. Admitted as a Barrister of the Supreme Court in 2015.
After studying at the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona and the Universita’ “La Sapienza” in Rome, at the latter of which I obtained a degree cum laude in jurisprudence in 1995, I gained a deep professional experience in civil and labour disputes.
I am accredited and short listed with various foreign public entities in Italy, such as:
Oficina Económica y Comercial of the Spanish Embassy in Rome and Milan;
Catalonia Trade & Investment, Milan;
Basque Trade and Investment, Milan.
Publications: I am author of various publications/books in the matter of Labour law; the last in 2021 named “Il licenziamento del lavoratore” (The dismissal of the worker, edited by SEAC S.p.A., Trento, Italy).
