ANDERS BÄCKSTRÖM is a senior Management Consultant with over 15 years of Business Transformation- and Organizational Development experience in Asia and Europe.

He is the Founder and Chairman of Current Consulting Group, an independent consulting firm headquartered in Hong Kong that specializes in Operational- and Organizational Resilience, as well as Risk mitigation, in Eastern and South Eastern Asia since 2007.

Anders specializes in Business Transformation- and Organizational Development during short- or long interim assignments, helping businesses define, implement and monitor strategies for change and growth. He has successfully guided numerous international organizations, both large and small, across Asia and Europe and has lived and worked for longer periods in China, UK, Spain, and Scandinavia.

Furthermore, Anders served two years in the Swedish Armed Forces, one year as Infantry squad leader based at the former IB2 garrison in Sweden, and one year of International service in Kosovo, Former Yugoslavia under NATO/KFOR.
