He is the Founding Partner and Managing Partner of the Firm TL Partners, where he practices in tax consultancy and assistance for commercial, industrial and financial companies, mainly local companies of multinational groups.
He specializes in the areas of tax planning and corporate reorganization as well as tax matters concerning operations of acquisition, merger and demerger, with always-particular emphasis on tax consultancy.
He is the Managing Partner of the firm and he is the partner responsible of the area focused on “Start-up”, providing to managers of his clients all his expertise for making easier and lighter the start-up process of local companies belonging to multination group.
He graduated in 1992 in Business Management – “Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi”, and he is registered at the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
