Alberto Lascurain Grosvenor

In 1996 Jorge Sánchez Devanny founded our law firm in Mexico City. Three years later José Ángel Eseverri Ahuja came on board and in 2001, Robert W. Chandler opened our office in Monterrey. In 2014 Sánchez Devanny Querétaro became our third office in the country.

This is one way to tell our story. The other is to simply say that, from the firm’s first day, all of us at Sánchez Devanny are moved by the same passion: to do things as they have never been done before.

Alberto has significant and extensive experience in contractual and transactional matters for national and international companies. He assists clients on various subjects, such as corporate restructuring, M&A, commercial transactions, real estate and day-to-day needs of various types of companies.

Additionally, Alberto has significant and extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance matters, including the assessment to multinational companies, particularly from the automotive, pharmaceutical, medical device and retail industries, general advice regarding drafting, adjustments, implementation and training of policies and codes as well as internal investigations. Alberto also provides training on anticorruption and anti-money laundering issues.
