Ajay is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Crowe SG and Crowe Fairfield. Both companies are regulated by the Mauritian Financial Services Commission. The Group provides Global Business Management services including international tax planning services to international listed and non-listed companies and family office facilities to international high net worth individuals. He completed his studies in the United Kingdom and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1985.
Ajay has gained experience in the field of audit and accounting, practicing with successful audit firms in London for more than 12 years and was the Senior and Signing Off Partner of Crowe ATA for nearly 15 years.
He is a fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a member of both the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) and the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners (STEP). Ajay specializes in accounting, auditing and finance with tax experience extending to interpretation and utilization of international tax treaties.
