Attorney-at-law. She practises and specializes in civil, construction and financial law.
In her professional career, she focuses for over 20 years on civil and construction law. She has significant experience working on a civil proceeding both B2B and B2C. She obtained the first positive judgment for the representative and 55 group members establishing the invalidity of contracts in class action in Poland.

Agnieszka is an author of publications in the field of civil and construction law. Lecturer at conferences for consumers, among others at the Ombudsman and the Financial Ombudsman. She trained public administration employees in the administrative procedure for 3 years.
