Since 2009, Abraham Devrian (“Bram”) has vast experiences in the law fields in Indonesia, specially in corporate matters, merger & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, commercial litigation, foreign investment, and suspension of payment/bankruptcy.
Started his career as an assistant lawyer at his university Legal Aid, where he learned to handle various pro bono cases. Further, Abraham spent 12 years working with reputable law firms in Jakarta, and has been appointed as Corporate Partner in A&CO Law Office, in charge of all corporate related works and handling various corporate legal matter as well as engaging in dispute resolution before and out of court. He is a licensed Suspension of Debts Payment (SOP) Receiver & Bankruptcy Trustee. Since 2017, Bram has been appointed as Suspension of Debts Payment (SOP) receiver & Bankruptcy Trustee for many suspension of payment and bankruptcy cases in Commercial Court of Jakarta and Surabaya, Indonesia.
Bram is register member of Association of Indonesian Advocates (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI), Indonesian Advocates Association (Asosiasi Advokat Indonesia – AAI), a licensed bankruptcy receiver and & administrator from Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and also member of Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – AKPI).
