Vivien Keiser works in an advisory and litigation capacity. She supports and represents domestic and foreign companies as well as private individuals with a focus on corporate, commercial, contract, litigation, financial market and criminal law issues.
When assessing legal issues, there is rarely a “right” or “wrong”. Much more often, the most promising course of action in an individual case depends on perspective, a convincing argumentation and the choice of an appropriate course of action in the individual case. Vivien Keiser worked as a legal assistant in two law firms for liability and insurance law during her law studies at the University of Zurich. After completing her studies, she completed several language studies abroad and subsequently worked at the Administrative Court of Zug as well as at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton of Zug. After being admitted to the bar and notary’s office of the Canton of Zug in 2020, she worked as a lawyer in an internationally active business law firm in Zurich. Thanks to these different professional experiences, Vivien Keiser not only knows the perspective of the lawyer, but also that of different authorities, which is a decisive advantage for a holistic assessment of legal problems as well as target-oriented legal advice and representation of clients. Clients also appreciate that their interests are always represented by her with conviction, high commitment and tact.
